Nicom Warehouse

The Project

A 4,500 square metre warehouse on the Kakata highway

King Sign & Design delivered a 4,500 m² warehouse for Nicom at FDA Junction, on the Monrovia–Kakata Highway in Montserrado County. The site sits on the main corridor between the capital and Kakata, which makes it a practical base for storage and distribution.

The build covered the full scope: site preparation and drainage works, foundations, a reinforced concrete floor slab, concrete perimeter walls and columns, the steel roof structure, roofing sheets and external cladding. The completed building gives clear internal span across its full footprint, so the whole floor area is usable rather than broken up by internal supports.

At 4,500 m² this is the largest single structure we have delivered, and it shows what the construction division handles at scale — civil works, concrete and steel erection managed by one team on one site, from ground clearance through to a finished, weather-tight building.

Scope of Work

  • Site preparation and drainage works
  • Foundations and footings
  • Reinforced concrete floor slab
  • Concrete perimeter walls and columns
  • Steel roof structure and erection
  • Roofing sheets and external cladding
On Site

Ground clearance to finished building

Earthworks and drainage, foundations and the reinforced slab, concrete columns and perimeter walls, then the steel roof structure and cladding — every stage handled by our own team on site.
