GTMS Office Renovation

The Project

An office fit-out in Liberia, taken from shell to handover

King Sign & Design delivered a complete office fit-out in Liberia for GTMS at the Free Port of Monrovia — reception and stairs, executive offices, lounges, boardrooms, corridors and washrooms, finished across the floors as one package in 2024.

A fit-out of this size usually arrives in pieces: one contractor for the ceilings, another for the glazing, a third for the branding, and a client left to referee the gaps between them. This one ran under a single contract. Suspended ceilings with cove and circular lighting, marble floors, glazed partitions in black aluminium frames, wall panelling, doors and joinery, and the branded feature walls were all set out together, so the lines meet where they were drawn to meet.

The result reads as one interior rather than a sequence of trades. The same marble runs from the entrance through the corridors and up the stair, the partition frames line through with the ceiling details, and the GTMS identity appears on the reception wall, the stair core and the boardroom screen wall as a deliberate thread rather than an afterthought.

Offices & Interiors

One contractor, one finished interior

Ceilings, flooring, glazed partitions, joinery and branding set out together — so the lines meet where they were drawn to meet, instead of being negotiated between four separate trades. Tell us about your space and we’ll arrange a visit.
